Hello Friends,

Due to unforeseen circumstances and scheduling conflicts, we will not be holding or able to reschedule our annual trail clearing and membership event, originally set for Saturday, October 18th. While we regret having to cancel this year's event, we are excited to soon announce alternative events to help us all prepare for the winter ski season!

We will be holding several smaller trail clearing days to ensure the trails are ready when the snow flies. Please watch your inboxes for more details, but two of those events are currently scheduled for Sunday, October 19th, and Sunday, November 2nd. We anticipate sharing additional dates soon.

In exciting news, our enormously successful silent auction is moving to a virtual setting, allowing more people to participate! Look for an email with more information likely next week. We have secured some fantastic items this year, and holding the auction virtually means it can stay open for a couple of weeks instead of just a few hours. Those who cannot join the trail clearing days will now have a wonderful opportunity to support us and "take home" great items, including chances to stay near the trails when you come up to ski. If you have items you'd like to donate, please let us know, and we'll ensure they are auction-ready!
